About this Exam

Prepare for project-management questions that ask you to interpret a situation, identify the real problem, and choose a defensible next step. This independent collection combines leadership scenarios, planning and control concepts, business-value decisions, and adaptive ways of working.

PMI describes the PMP examination through people, process, and business-environment domains and addresses multiple approaches to delivery. Our separate adaptive-delivery topic is an editorial study grouping, not a claim that PMI has a fourth examination domain. See the official PMI PMP overview for the current examination and eligibility information.

Questions on this site are original study material. They are not official, recalled, or endorsed PMI examination questions. The preparation is shared across locations; state navigation does not imply that PMP is a state-issued license.

Frequently asked questions

Are these official PMI questions?

No. These are independently authored conceptual practice questions. They do not reproduce official examination items and are not endorsed by PMI.

Are the four study topics the official PMP domains?

No. People, process, and business environment reflect the broad domain names in PMI's overview. Adaptive delivery is a separate study grouping here so learners can practice iterative and hybrid scenarios.

Does a state selection change the PMP credential?

This collection uses the same general PMP preparation across state navigation. It does not describe a separate state-issued project-management license.

Where should I verify eligibility, format, and scoring information?

Use PMI's current PMP certification page and the linked examination content outline for official information. A score on these independent practice sets is a learning signal, not a credentialing decision or a guaranteed pass prediction.
