Payments & Third Parties
Payments for our paid plans are processed by Creem, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, your payment details (such as card information) are collected and processed directly by Creem on their secure checkout. ExamsLib does not receive or store your full card number.
To manage your subscription and billing, we share limited information with Creem, such as your email address, the plan you selected, and your subscription status. Creem handles the charge, issues receipts, processes renewals and refunds, and may use your data to prevent fraud, in line with their own privacy policy. We also use service providers for hosting, email delivery, and analytics, who process data only as needed to operate ExamsLib.

You have complete control over your data. Under applicable privacy laws, you have the following rights:

You can request a full export of all your data at any time through your account settings.

You can update or correct any personal information that is inaccurate directly from your profile.
