By accessing or using the ExamsLib services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

ExamsLib provides a professional environment for exam preparation, including study guides, mock exams, and performance tracking. Your usage constitutes a legal agreement between you and ExamsLib Inc.

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

Users are strictly prohibited from the following activities while using the ExamsLib platform:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium, including "scraping."
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers.
• Sharing exam questions or specific study materials with non-registered users.
• Using automated systems, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the service.

All content on the ExamsLib platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the service, is the property of ExamsLib Inc. or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these terms for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

ExamsLib offers free practice tests as well as optional paid subscription plans (Plus and Pro). Current pricing is shown on our Plans page. Plus is billed at $9.99 per month or $59 per year, and Pro at $19.99 per month or $129 per year. Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on each renewal date.

Payments and billing are handled by our payment processor, Creem, acting as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through ExamsLib. Creem processes your transaction, issues receipts, and manages subscription billing on our behalf. Card details are entered on Creem's secure checkout and are not stored by ExamsLib.

Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, contact us at support@examslib.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Refunds, when issued, are processed through Creem to your original payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExamsLib Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We provide our study materials "as is" and do not guarantee success in your official examinations. The final outcome of any professional certification depends solely on the user's performance and the specific requirements of the licensing board.
